Delicious and nutritious pancakes with a little cinnamon and benefits of any sugars so sweet! I love pancakes and waffles, but more than that, I like pancakes and waffles with fruit are added. Included with delicious fruit and are more nutritious than just pancakes and waffles.

Add bananas, my pancake is one thing I did for many years and not only love, but it is a great way to add another serving of fruitto my diet. Even better is that my kids love them and again for the second, sometimes third.

Make a hole in the middle of the flour mixture and add all at once, the banana mixture. Mix well, but not too well or you are not a soft cake. You should still be able to see a few lumps in the batter.

C Pour 1 / 4 of batter for each cake on a plate or a hot buttered pan in cast iron. Cook for 1 or 2 minutes per side or until brown.

This recipe should not be used at all to make the wafers to be changed, but feel free to add your waffle batter veryIron asks, cook as directed, and enjoy a delicious waffle!

Serve with butter or margarine, sugar-free hot syrup, sugar free jam, peanut butter, applesauce, sugar free, fat-free cream, a combination of these or whatever your heart desires!

Cook is rewarding, fun and probably not as difficult as you think. If you are looking for something different from the traditional voices of chicken or steak grilled fish that might be interested in looking. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish is flaky.

SALMON CEDAR RUST

¾ cup coarsely chopped carrots
½ cup celery, coarsely chopped

¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup frozen peas

Put the pan over the hot coals. Bring the taste of chicken broth, celery and carrots, garlic and onions, paprika, salt and pepper and peas to boil for 5 minutes. Add the snapper and simmer for 10 minutes.
